Saudi Arabia hugh..those are the guys supported by our so-called rightist elite....Kind of crazy that they Saudis funded the killing of over 3000 people at the World Trade Centre in New York - and our right wing elite turned a blind eye to this evil - and then decieded to make a bit of money through lucrative military contracts - and insisted that we march off to Afghanistan to kill dope growning goat herders - to "fight terrorism" - yet they did not have a lot to do with 9 11 - The Saudi boy bangers are a spoiled blight on the world..but buisness is buisness and we will forgive those that put up the money to kill 3000 of our brothers - what a totally dysfunctional national family we belong too - and stupid to boot.

I live downtown at Queen and Broadview...The "layabout" comment is unfair and untrue. I will be 61 at the end of this month and may have not worked tradtional jobs - doing what interested me only...I did my time in the work force - I contributed to society - putting in 18 hours a day and not stopping for a month at a time in the film industry - as a kid I dug ditches - I worked in the factories - I worked on construction sites - chopped rails with an axe on a mountain side in Alberta - I raise four fine children - I kept the same wife for over 28 years ------and my grandfather was executed by communists....I truely dispise being called a layabout because I did not save or manage my money like some.



Yes I collect a welfare cheque....and YES I gave up five years of my life dealing with oppressive bureacrats that I dragged all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada - so future Canadians could be a little more free - I should be getting a thank you card - not a cheap insult - so as for the layabout comment - you can capital F off - what have YOU done in your safe little life?

Some people burn out from over work...some live for the moment as I did and did not expect to go into poverty....If you actually believe that real pride and self worth is a case of money..then your self image is one based in pretence. I do not walk about like some stupid slave and say "look at me I am gainfully employed and you are not - I am so much better than you" - in the eyes of those in control - your are nothing to them - nor am I. Say tomorrow there is an utter collapse in the sytem you so much respect...and you end up with no job - no money...no friends - what will you do? The only reason I survive is because I did the work in the past - YOU can not survive long on 6000 dollars a year before ill health both mental and phyisical set in...........besides - the gove owe my family about 3 million bucks - and I don't care if I have to take it back penny by penny. It is not out of pride that I collect - It is out of sheer justice and righteous spite.

Think about it my friend - Imagine that you dug a ditch for five solid years - You did a good job- you were honest and just - then at the very end the employer uses a lie and a common fraud as an excuse not to pay you...would you be pissed off? Would you have a strong sense of foolish pride? The way I look at it is the powers that be show no shame - nor will I in turn.
