The gay pride day parade tomorrow will have one float dedicated to political rhetoric designed to inflame hated against Israel and anyone who supports its right to exist.

No there will not be a float bring to anyone's attention the treatment of gays in Muslim countries or specifically in the Muslim Middle East countries-those same countries that call themselves Islamic states but say Jews can not have a state only Muslims.

No there will be no float protesting what goes on in Syria or Iran or any other Muslim country and their human rights violations, just Israel. Sudan? Oh no.

Just Israel.

This farse, this double standard that allows a tiny handful of gays who hate Israel to use what is supposed to be a day of inclusion and celebration of positive feelings of identity to spit on Israelis and Jews for wanting to have a collective identity no different than gays.

That double standard is precisely the kind of issue the same few patoots who come on this board to spit at Mayor Ford will not talk about.

Ses this is how liberalism works. If you hate Ford that is o.k. and you can tee hee and giggle giggle at his fatness.

If its Israel, go ahead, spit out all the intolerant venom you want, the exact same venom you would hiss and huff about if it was directed at any other people in the world-use the exact same hateful language against Jews and Israel that the gay pride parade was designed to offset against gays.

Because its Israel. Its Jews who have the nerve to feel they are a collective.

That is how it works.

A few designated self-righteous patoots deem themselves correct and the rest of us who disagree incorrect.

Meanwhile the plump Mayor Ford say what he is, go on, fat, pink, a red neck-giggle and tee hee all you want but he is no self-righteous, self appointed adjudicator of what is correct and what is not.

He said from the get go, use the parade as a political opportunity to inflame and incite hatred against a particular people he will have no part of it.

He stands up for what he believes. What about the organizers of the gay pride parade who lied. Who out and out lied and said they would not allow this anti Israel float to the city while at the same time telling the people running that float they will be fine this year.


As far as I am concerned the gay community does not have the balls or integrity to stand up to this tiny minority of anti Israelis. They have allowed a celebration of inclusicity to be exclusive and hateful.

Let me put it even more bluntly.

A handful of self-hating Muslims take their hatred for their own inability to reconcile their homosexuality with Islam, and they turn it outword. They turn Israels and Jews into the vessel where they project outword their own gayness into these Israelis.

They then hurl the same hatred at these Jews they feel from the Muslim world against them. In so doing they are during the psycho-projection exercise of having a public tarntrum at Jews tough guys-they become the tough Macho Muslims they do not feel. Now they gain their equality in the Muslim world. Look at us we hate Jews too! We are just as hateful as you bearded fundamentalists. Now you must respect us.

Only they are not.

The majority of the Muslim world will continue to be homophobic and consider these handful of spitting anti Israelis to be a joke.

The majority of the gay world and for that matter world will ignore these pathetic nasty individuals who need to create their own special identity by negating someone else's.

These self hating Muslims using Jews to exorcise their feelings of inadequacy will not look in the mirror. They won't confront what it means to be a Muslim the in Middle East or Muslim world. They will continue to hide from it and avoid it and deny it by claiming they are too busy denying Israel a right to exist. That is more important they say.

Right.

The irony will continue. The very country Muslim Arabs flee to escape discrimination they will pretend does not protect gays whethe they are Jewish, Muslim or Christian by enshrined laws.

No not these handful of haters and their liberal friends who wouldn't know what a Jew is let alone the history of the Middle Eeast if it bit them in the ass.

I don't think it's a matter of whether or not they are taken seriously, it just seems really odd that such a group would be marching in a parade that's supposed to be promoting equal rights - and that so many would be critical of Ford as they really have nothing to say about this.
