PM Harper has spent far less time in the USA than Mr. Garneau or the previous Liberal party leader, Michael Ignatieff (who actually masqueraded as a U.S. citizen).

This isn't unique to the Harper government, and has been happening for years. The United States and Canada are intertwined in so many ways. Governments have to live with that reality.

I can understand the sovereignty and Charter Rights issues, but drug traffickers need to face the music if they want to make profits from the U.S. market. Marc Emery is still doing time in Georgia...his smart-ass luck ran out.

I understand that they want to crackdown on drug trafficking but shouldnt they start with Mexico?
I know Canada sends a lot of pot south but come on.. Mexico should be your focus
