Why is Adams "a little to close to the robocalls in Guelph"?
He is alluding to Michael Sona, who was working for Ms. Adams when the scandal broke, which rightly or wrongly, forced him to resign.
Not Telling

Those are the type of people who get lost on their ways to the polls.
Or who won't bother making the effort in the first place.
The
most worrying statistic for the Liberals should be that only 8% of his
supporters were under age 25.......a huge red flag - and it completely
squashes the idea that Trudeau is awakening democracy in the younger
crowd. Photo ops and staged appearances can only go so far. Sooner or
later, he'll actually have to start to fill his empty vessel. The youth
of Canada are not as gullible as Liberals think. Good luck Justin.
Yeah, no it was all smoke and mirrors. I just can't wait to see how Trudeau manages to deflect attacks from both the left and right, because its coming. Both parties will be gearing up big time to tear him down.

I agree with Candice Bergen and Shelley Glover as ones who may get promoted, though both are from Manitoba. I'd prefer to see Glover go into cabinet than Bergen, but either would be better than Toews.
I doubt Joan Crockatt will go into cabinet. Michele Rempell is a far more deserving person for a cabinet post than Crockatt and there can only be so many from Calgary in cabinet. She could get something though.
Eve Adams, Kellie Leitch and Chris Alexander are also good choices. Ontario, particularly the GTA, have a lot of great people who could go into cabinet but sadly your region trumps your résumé. It will also depend on how many people retire.
Steven Blaney I think is someone who could be a good Qubec Lieutenant and Environment Minister.
Re: Joan Crockatt, even if she doesn't make cabinet, I think she will become a parliamentary secretary. Her media background would make her a great government spokesperson.

The fact that that question has to be asked about someone who aspires to lead this country is pretty telling. He does not have any views and until the last 10 years, really did not have much to do with politics. He is a manufactured candidate and yes, eventually he will have to speak.... and this where I hope he crumbles. The thing is though, Canadian voters are fairly fickle. I wouldn't be at all surprised if enough fall for this guy's act and elect him.

One of the problems the Conservatives have is I don't see any rising stars in the wings. One problem with Harper's complete control.
Definitely... it would make for a pretty open leadership race. Brad Wall is someone who comes to mind as a potential star, but who knows.
