I wonder why he hasn't been charged at least over Cuba. The IRS are auditing him so who knows what that may bring after the election.

Maybe it's because there's nothing to charge him with! But keep on hoping....

Or maybe they are building a case and when he loses and does not get the benefit of executive immunity he will face justice. I won't be surprised to see his obituary in 15 years time about him dying penniless.
