LeBron back top Cleveland

Recommended Posts

He probably wasn't going to win again with Miami. He could have tried to do the same thing with the Lakers but that would have hurt his legacy more. Burying the hatchet and going back home is the one thing that really helps his legacy.

I'm convinced more than ever that the draft lottery is fixed. The Cavs won 3 of the last 4 draft lotteries.

I think it's a good move. He comes back to where he grew up, and played. And he joins a team with some nice young talent, that can content in a couple of years, maybe even sooner.

It appears that Lebron doesn't really want to play with Canadians.

I hear that both Anthony Bennet and Andrew Wiggins will be traded to Minnesota for Kevin Love. If that happens I hope he never wins a title again. What a pre-madonna LeFail is.

Wiggins was trade bait the minute Lebron came home. Love wants out of Minnesota and King James doesn't have time to wait for rookies to figure things out.

It's a prudent move move to win now. Lebron, it appears, has gone on a diet meaning he's banking on Love to go down low to the net so he can stay back and hit jumpers like Bosh did last year.

Just for rooting interests though I will hope Lebron fails here. He could have built something with lots of young talent. Now he's got himself and Love and a bunch of guys that were on a Lottery team last year.

The Cavs were blessed with great Lottery results (3 top picks out of 4) almost to the point where I think it might have been fixed. But now they're set to get rid of half those players for a guy who's never made the playoffs.

The reason the Heat experience wasn't really sustainable is that the 3 stars made it impossible to develop depth.

Not so fast....Kevin Love ain't chopped liver....he averages better than a double double and was also a 1st round pick. His weakest side is playing defense. Making the NBA playoffs is far easier in the East, especially with King James. Love knows that.

Bennett was a bust for the Cavs and Wiggins has proven nothing (yet).

Sure Love > Bennet and Wiggins now. But, being a Canadian I don't like it. Therefore I hope the Cavs suck.

I don't think you can label a player a bust after one year. We'll see how he plays this season to make a judgement.

I don't care what nationality he/they are....the NBA is a league with international players who are paid well to perform well. First round picks get first round bucks....Love put up big numbers his rookie year...Bennett didn't. Lebron wants to win now.

And now I hope he doesn't.

I don't want to see Wiggins play for the Timberwolves.

People don't see Lebron's actions here as the same as the "Decision" but it's exactly the same. He signed a two-year deal so he can bail if they don't win soon. He made the decision in print instead of a TV show.

I didn't want to see him go back to the Heat because the success of that team was insufferable, but he had a chance to build a sustainable championship team. We'll see with Love, but I'm not sure.

James has matured from his early and great success in the league. He got the championship monkey off his back and is now the undisputed best player today....good for at least 25 more Cav wins. This story ends better if James and the Cavs actually pull it off and go to the NBA finals.

Lebron's legacy must be his own, as he can't overcome comparisons to Jordan and what he did with the Bulls after what happened in Miami. I felt bad for him as his Heat teammates wilted against San Antonio's beat down.

Lebron's struggles early this season are beyond entertaining.

It's very possible his former team finishes with a better record this season than his Cav's.

The Toronto Raptors completely exposed the Cav's lack of depth. Kevin Love needs to learn how to be an accessory to LeFail.

Lebron thought he could re-create what he had in Miami. The more prudent move would have been to keep the playmakers the Cavs had instead of just having another makeshift team of all-stars.

The 2010 Heat had relative struggles early in the year but not this bad. It's still early but it's funny watching this team flounder.
