So is the FBI back to being a great organization again, or are you still outraged because of your son?  You didn't believe it when they said there was new info before, do you believe them now when they say the new info doesn't change anything?

I think the real question is, how do you feel about them now?

Getting back to Wikileaks, Assange showed in his email releases that the governments of Saudi Arabia and Qatar are funding ISIS, and other terrorist groups whom the US is fighting against right now in Mosul. Lots of civilians have been beheaded. In these countries, women are merely chattel. They have no protection under the law, not even allowed to drive a car or go to school. And yet, these governments are the same people whom Hillary Clinton does business with. The emails show that Hillary Clinton is well aware of this, but she continues to do business with, and accept money from these people.I guess that is one of the uncomfortable truths that her supporters don't want to talk about. People would rather talk about how Melania received some money as a model in the United States before she had a work visa. The politically correct would rather point out that the Assange emails were illegally obtained, so therefore they should be disregarded.

The same people Donald Trump does business with, too. He also has been borrowing money from Russian oligarchs with close ties to Putin, and as for Saudi Arabia, he wants to give them nuclear weapons to counter the Iranians.

They're tainted!  Just like the DOJ.

That's the problem with corruption - it's like cancer.  It'll erode everything.  You don't think there's any likelihood of corruption involved in immigration?                   I hope Trump really appoints that judge in the Supreme Court soon, and drain that swamp.  That's all, and I'll be happy with him.

Trump's platform did not pretend to be the protector of women's and little girl's rights like Hillary did, while secretly turning her back on them when it comes to money. She sold them out. You can't see that because you are disturbed by Trump's political incorrectness, all the while you espouse PC incorrectness yourself, including muslim bans to protect english culture. You have become a pretzel of contradiction. Can you explain this?

I disagree that Clinton sold out women and little girls who she has spent decades working on behalf of. On the other hand, Trump pretended to be the protector of the working class where he has never in his life shown the least interest, care or concern for working class people. He claimed to want to do away with outsourcing to other countries, even though he himself outsourced to other countries, and prevent illegal aliens from coming into the country, though he employed illegal aliens on his work sites.

I am politically incorrect. That means I say what I believe regardless of whether it's politically correct Trump is just a crude, coarse demagogue with no manners saying whatever he thinks will raise people's anger and get him votes, regardless of whether he believes it or not.

I'd like to catch the drift early.

Is Wikileaks actually even a relevant topic at this point ?  Can we maybe just use the 'President Trump' thread ?

Wikileaks is about more than Donald Trump.

Truth is, if Hillary Clinton had won she would be anathema to everything you believe in. But you prefer her anyway, not because of her politics, but because she has nice manners. Perhaps you are not as politically incorrect as you'd like to believe.

I prefer her despite not liking a lot about her politics. I prefer her not simply because he's a crude, coarse, bullying prick - though that does play into it. I prefer her because of Trump's demonstrated incompetence in managing anything complicated, his ignorance of almost every aspect of American government, and his vindictive resentment whenever anyone tells him anything he doesn't want to hear. An ignorant, lazy president surrounded by yes-men is a danger to the world.

I listened to an excerpt from an interview this morning with the woman who managed the building of Trump Tower. She said she couldn't imagine Trump actually showing up for work every day, and having to do the same boring stuff. That's not his style. He likes to come in when he feels like coming in, and attend meetings if he feels like attending meetings. I think Trump will be the laziest president in US history, and will dump almost everything on Pence while he flies around making speeches to adoring crowds.

The interesting thing now, is we have a President (elect) that supports Wikileaks and calls Assange a hero. I expect that to be thrown in his face the first time a leak comes out during his tenure.

The first time Assange dares to put out anything embarrassing to the Trump administration, assuming he dares to, he will be public enemy number one and Trump will demand the CIA crucify him any way they can. Trump will see it as a betrayal, and will want vengeance.
