"Politics of fear" is one of those shallow come-backs from the Left - and especially our rudderless Liberal Party led by Captain Clarabell. Canadians are not "afraid". There is no "fear". There are on

This PM is such a loser. A terrorist loving cos-play actor. What else is there to say?

What's that you say? You were not one of the lucky 500,000 Canadians picked by the government who will access your personal banking information without your permission. Don't worry, your turn could co

There is no denying that he misspoke and that the truth is 750 million is going to India and 250 million is coming to Canada. Maybe not a lie but still misspoke which doesn't bode well as a display of confidence. Maybe he should have worked full days instead of making it a family vacation and he would know the details of the deal?

Uhmmm, are you under the illusion this had ANYTHING to do with Trudeau at all? Are you really that pathetically naive? Trudeau isn't even liked in India. He's being snubbed by the Indian government because of all the desperate identity politics he plays for Sikh votes.

You know what India wants from us in the way of trade? It wants oil and gas. Unfortunately, we have no pipeline, no way to export, and it's costing our economy three quarters of a point of GDP - money we're flushing away because of BC nymby politics.

Lack of pipelines and massive discounts for Canadian heavy oil could cost the economy $15.6 billion this year, or three-fourths of a point from the country’s GDP, according to economists at Scotiabank.

Did you say the same thing about Harper when he visited India in 2012 and wasn’t greeted by Manmohan Singh? Did you note that Harper also dragged his family along on that trip? You can't have forgotten that trip, it was when Harper flew in those armored limos and then made the expenses magically disappear.

By family do you mean his wife? I can’t find any pictures with his kids but then again maybe he was just a tad bit more subtle with the photo ops compared to JT?

A couple points here:

1) The claim in your article is that these expenses disappeared in 2016. You know Harper wasn’t PM at that point right??  He really haunts your dreams doesn’t he?

2) If you read your own link you would have read it was the RCMP allegedly purged the documents nor Harper. But if you really wanted to be sure of your point you could have read the related link on your article that actually showed they weren’t destroyed but rather the RCMP had a number of glitches that made it tough to find. Again, nothing to do with Harper but don’t let that stop you from exacerbating your HDS.

Convicted attempted murderer invited to formal dinner with Trudeau in India

http://www.cbc.ca/beta/news/politics/jaspal-atwal-invite-dinner-sophie-1.4545881

Jaspal Atwal, a convicted former member of an illegal Sikh separatist group, was invited to dine with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at a formal event hosted by the Canadian High Commissioner Thursday in Delhi.

the PMO did not invite him.

The fallout has been swift on this one. The guy who was invited is portrayed as a terrorist and murderer in the Indian media, and Trudeau as a sympathizer. Witless Trudeau has been set up by a cabal of Sikh separatist ministers whom he naively empowered in his own cabinet:

To protect Trudeau's image, MP Randeep Sarai has been instructed to fall on his Kirpan.

Huge gaffe.  This makes the PM's efforts to foster global trade look amateurish.  It could be a tipping point.

Timing couldn’t be any worse. Like @?Impact said, this was a flaw in his security detail but makes him look terrible as it happened minutes after he announced his support to a united India. Yikes

He was set up by one of his own MP's, someone who would have known full well the history of the guy and the implications for him to attend Trudeau events. He was scheduled to attend several more events with Trudeau during his visit to India.

The worm turns for all-inclusive, "hug-a-terrorist" Trudeau.

Analysts point to Trudeau's appearance at a Sikh event in Toronto last year, where separatist flags and posters depicting an extremist Sikh leader killed in the 1984 Indian Army operation were displayed, as a particular area of contention.

Speaking to CNN, India's former ambassador to Canada Vishnu Prakash said that Sikh separatism was a matter of greater concern inside of India.

"It goes to the core of India's unity and integrity and that is an issue that needs to be sorted out between the two countries (Canada and India)," said Prakash, who described the event Trudeau attended in Toronto last year as "an out and out Khalistani platform."

Trudeau is destroying Canada's relations with India. He could have avoided this train wreck by staying in Canada to fix our many domestic problems. But no. He thinks he's royalty and leaves his minions to fix things at home. Can't wait to see the details of this family holiday. Should be a hefty bill for taxpayers.

He was invited by a Liberal MP,  one of the Sikhs Trudeau brought along. Kinda makes his pleas to the Indians that none of the Sikhs in his cabinet are sympathetic to Sikh separatism seem phony, doesn't it?

And on another topic, remember Trudeau's great and noble speeches about how his party was going to be so open and above board compared to those horrible, secretive Harpetites? Well, guess what, turns out his government is even MORE secretive than the Harper Conservatives!  Who woulda thunk it!?

n her last week in office, Canada's information watchdog is accusing the Liberal government of reneging on its promise to bring a new era of openness to Ottawa and of failing to defend the "Charter right" of Canadians to quick and easy access to federal documents and data.

"The government is sliding into more secrecy and actually not delivering on its promise," Information Commissioner Suzanne Legault said in an interview.

Disclosure rates are down with this government, surprisingly."

According to CTV the PMO actually tried to make the invite list a secret citing "privacy" and "security". Can't wait for the damage control on this one.

Manveer Singh is one of the official journalists with Team Trudeau, check him out and his role with TV84.
The "Modi is a Terrorist" has a nice ring to it for a journalist with the Trudeau entourage, PM Mondi should kick him out of India.

Yes, this one is bad all around, including for India that allowed this guy into the country.

So you are saying he traveled on an Indian passport? Why would they issue him one? I am not deflecting here, just pointing out that many people screwed up on this one.

So you are saying the journalists are part of the team? I guess if Trudeau gets any bad reviews by any journalist then he can leave them in India.
