U.S. approval dropped substantially in 65 countries and areas

Germany's leadership now tops that of U.S., China and Russia

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- One year into Donald Trump's presidency, the image of U.S. leadership is weaker worldwide than it was under his two predecessors. Median approval of U.S. leadership across 134 countries and areas stands at a new low of 30%, according to a new Gallup report.

The most recent approval rating, based on Gallup World Poll surveys conducted between March and November last year, is down 18 percentage points from the 48% approval rating in the last year of President Barack Obama's administration, and is four points lower than the previous low of 34% in the last year of President George W. I distrust polls. I would have voted Hillary but completely understand Trump's success. He has a style related to business and while it is certainly problematic, I blame the rise of cultural segregation as more credit to Canada's influence of the Multicultural meme than anything else. Also because of the Smart Phone and A.I. for online interactions that attempt to grant people the impression their view is the more popular, everyone is using the energy of the appearance of being approved to speak out with more energy FOR their own passions when it is especially about culture.

So Trump's rise is MORE due to the anti-white, anti-male tendencies due to this cultural segregation mentality. The majority of people are NOT white but pushing against them as stereotypically more privileged is pushing them towards Trump rather than be excluded for joining up on the side that requires them to submit sacrificially for some 'bigger' picture when you don't get to be a part of that picture. The male/female division is adding significance to this because these are being TREATED as 'cultures' rather than 'sexes' [ie, under the label of 'gender', for instance] and involves literally half of the populations being pitted against each other.

I'm glad I had lived in both countries to experience the significant differences involved first hand. Canada is actually more conservative and bigoted than even most Americans understand. I think that Trump is likely seeing through this by Trudeau's naivete. Americans are moving towards Canadian identity standards given that isolation of segregate cultural thinking. Our views are more akin to the Confederate South without anyone noticing!

I have plenty on the topic...which is hardly new.   There have been tensions between Canada and the U.S. from the very beginning, and for obvious reasons.

The latest "mouse-elephant" edition just repeats the cycle which has been going on since the nations' foundings.

There is a new wrinkle since I first became aware of anti-Americanism in Canada back in the 60's  (Pierre Trudeau, Vietnam War, Castro, Cold War, etc.).   Canadian immigration has increased in scope and scale to include residents and naturalized citizens from parts of the world who want to strike at the United States (Great Satan).   Many Canadians would hope that multiculturalism would not include/encourage the continuation of religious/political wars from back home.  Plus Canada has its own regional and language based conflicts domestically, regardless of the United States.

Here is one of my favourites on the topic when Canadians were getting their hate on for George Bush, post 9/11:

Anti-American or not, it doesn't matter because at the end of the day they won't do sh*t and would even choose to suck your dirty c*ck. Of course they're going to rant how wrong I am........ okay, that son of b*tch canuck has mentioned Iraq, so let's go with that, why didn't the world save Iraq?! That's a good question! Why didn't they protect it! Saved those 4 million who died?! Threatened America?! Sanctioned America?! Blockaded America?! Shut down all American brands all over the world?! Why didn't the world sever its ties with America; sever alliances, trade, relations, everything? Why didn't the world do that, hmmm?

1200px-State_positions_Iraq_war.svg.png

The blue ones opposed it........ look C*ntnada oppposed it too! So you're telling me that all those countries just sat back, probably did a little protesting here and there and didn't do anything? And not just Iraq., what about those other countries America has invaded, why didn't the world saved those? And mean while, while the war was raging, people still used American products, went to America,  still let McDonald's set up shop, still kept alliances and kept trading with them and American movies still made a lot of money abroad......lol....... WHAT?!

Even my president keeps yapping about how evil you are and even mentioned that he was going to sever ties with you, did he? Yeah it is clear he meant what he said but behind closed doors, his people told him what a bad idea that was, so the next day he basically said "oh...... sever ties with America? That's not what I meant", BS! You know what you said. And the b*st*rd would still gladly accept American money and ...... hahaha...... he even got angry when America withheld the money he was expecting.... oh my God!

Anti-Americans are the scum of the world PERIOD. They say they hate Americans but where do they say these? YouTube - American, Reddit- American, Yahoo - American, Quora - American. They say this while using Windows - American, whatever you call that Apple OS - American. They do all of that with an Intel or an AMD or Apple processor - all American, while making claims like "oh it's made in China, so it's okay"....... Jesus! AND I'M NOT JOKING, I even saw a group of communist rebels on the news with Apple laptops, APPLE LAPTOPS! The fools don't realize in a way, they are making America rich by being anti-American. Lol...... what a dumb breed.

Here's another beautiful lie the world has to tell...... that c*ntnadian Jimwd was right, the world does think America is numero uno threat:

Canadians love to claim how much better they are compared to Americans...... lol..... they say that, in a nutshell, Americans are an inferior species of humans...... okay..... if that is so, doesn't that mean you are the second inferior species?!

C*ntnadians love to say that their country is better than America...... lol again, to them America is nothing more than a rotting failed state country. That's like comparing your mansion to this shack!

Oh and I just remembered this while typing, I saw this news about anti-Americanism in Canada..... basically C*ntnadians love to claim that they know more about America than Americans know more about them..... then this ambassador asked them a question about America..... AND THEY COULDN'T ANSWER! WOW, JUST...... WOW! You truly are a bunch of pathetic, narcissistic, arrogant morons! COWARDS! What the hell is wrong with you? I have never seen such arrogance in my life; not in person, not amongst nationalities or heck, not even amongst the euroscum people! The euroscum people are more humble than the people who haven't even done anything! And they say ""oh Canadians are nice, friendly, modest, humble, caring blah Blah BLAH!"......... that is a sad lie! And it sort of bothers me how Americans believe such horse feces.

And of course C*ntnadians don't take into account that there 325,000,000 of them as compared to their 36,000,000?! Hmmmmm, I wonder, if C*ntnada had the same population as America has, would they still be able to make that claim? Ah, what the hell, C*ntnadians are mentally ill and would never understand this. C*ntnadians are a feces people.

Don't bother making peace with them. All of them like to think they've won every time they bring up some sort of crime you've done when in reality they are lying face down on the dirt with your foot crushing it......... Also since they love to bring out your crimes, ask them about the Somali Affair?

Thanks for the article I just finished reading it.

It was disheartening to read about 9/11 and how "it was common to hear some Canadians voice the opinion that Americans had finally gotten what they deserved" .

The smugness does not really phase me but the fact that there are those who wish us harm is frankly "insulting and unacceptable" - Trudeau on Tarrifs (giggles) .

On my travels to Canada, I have found more similarities than differences. Admittedly I was enamor and still is by their open society and lack of security concerns because they have lower violent crimes rate.

I (most Americans) generally think of Canada as satellite state, sort of like Alaska.  This is really what we think of you Canada.

To put it into perspective the entire population of Canada is roughly equivalent to my home state of Texas give a or take a couple of millions.  My city alone has more than 8 million people living in it.  So I always thought of Canada as a sparsely populated state with a few small cities. Hence the view of another state.

I have to say though, I find the level of their passive aggressiveness towards america hilarious.

For those that were conned by trump again.here are the facts

Canada and USA signed a trade agreement called NAFTA.

Whenever there is a dispute there is a resolution process that both countries abide by. It has been used whenever there is a disagreement . Honorable and legal.

Trump broke the agreement and he did it by lying that it was a national security reason.

He has demagogue like tendency but because you were not raised here you have no idea why or where it stems from. I live in the south, I see the imperfection but I also see a universal goodness in everyone even the trump supporter you seem to hate. Things are getting better not worse contrary to what you all wish.
