Okay, not really a cartoon, but I like it, and I make the rules.

Evidently Brits have overfed on the tit of socialism for too long. It's like junk food addiction. Overweight but somehow poorly nourished nonetheless.

The road to fitness will be difficult, but the Brits can endure as they have done so many times in the past, for the love of king and country!

One of my favourite hymns, especially when performed by Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

It's true, we were so busy conquering the world and bringing good government, and better music, to the masses that we neglected the nutrition somewhat.  (Except me.  I do okay)

Yes, indeed. Hip hip hoorah and god save the Queen. But I'm afraid we have to be a bit more fair by today's standards, old boy. A lot of Indians died under colonial rule, as did many Afrikaans, West Indians and the Australopithecans . Perhaps a couple of decades of heavy reparation payments would help Britons to lose weight.

As long as they don't come to me for any.  I didn't do anything.

Edit>  You don't think I can score anything from the Romans and the Normans do you?

Yes, that's what I said.

You can repeat this comment too, if you want.

I did not repeat what you said. I pointed it out to you in a different context. You believe they have no right to come for you, because you perceive yourself as blameless. My rearrangement of your attempted apology exposes that you are, in fact even more to blame than most of us here.

No I'm not.  You can take responsibility for things that you had no hand in, even things that happened before you were born, if you want to.  If it makes you happy.

Not me, though.

Which apology?

"No, I'm not! I'm Not!"

"STFU, white boy!"

wham wham wham...

That is the depth of the argument you portray and the political reply you can expect to receive.

That's nonsense, of course.  We both know it is.  You just couldn't come up with anything decent but absolutely had to post something.

It's okay to sometimes not be the last person to post in a conversation.

I seem to remember going down this path before with you.  Did a Brit hurt you once?

I'm not sorry if one did.
