Laugh all you want: this is what is in store for Canada, too...like everywhere else Islam goes.

Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.

That means you.

Islam has been in Alberta for decades...1930s when it first appeared in an organized fashion. Well established...still using the Quran where than verse is from.

I am familiar with that sura. I fear no imaginary gods nor those who believe in them.

Shut up about the atheism stuff. We have religion topics for that.

I agree.

Spineless huffing and puffing and threatening are not really constructive, but apparently attractive to his voters.

Alberta still has the highest average wage in the country, and no sales tax.

Legislating favouritism for people of race, gender, culture, secular morality will never work.  It will tear apart and is tearing apart the fabric of the Country.  Protections for people that need it are people that are ill or aged.  That is where a culture and Country can be judged, how they treat their seniors and sickly.  That is why the Liberals and NDP (Lefties) are fundamentally deceived.

Certainly race based laws are wrong. The Crow laws in the US were wrong. But apparently laws favouring indigenes in Canada are not. Were it not for the undue influence of ignorant primitive religious beliefs, there'd be no need to protect culture, secular and gender facts.

No one deserves to have their culture taken from them.  Over time, economics weeds out or reduces the power or influence of less adaptive cultures.  Such cultures become the subjects of anthropologists and the content of museums. What’s unique about our period in history is that we have the capacity to protect and even enhance maladaptive cultures.   We’ve made a virtue out of this, like saving endangered species.

1) Me.

2) see Churchill's quote on Democracy.

3) No. But is still exists and the slavers are often religious.

4) No, but xians started the process and Islam adopted it long ago.

5) No. All religious ideas are false, stupid and often violent.

How can you vote for an imaginary being? "I'd vote for the Satan Party"

Damn! One might be forgiven for wondering about your ability to experience mentation.

RC you need to find something to believe is aside from yourself.

I'm not saying that you need an imaginary friend, but you need to find some kind of a positive group to be a part of because your negative, hateful persona isn't good for anything or anyone.

"The Satan party" is obviously fictitious, and no one said that a vote for such a party would not be an actual vote for Satan because no one ever said that he existed. If people vote UCP do you think they're voting for a guy/girl named "UCP" or are they voting for actual humans who are part of a political party named "UCP" Realitycheck? When you turn 18 are you going to vote for humans who are part of the Liberal Party or a guy named Liberal? Go work on your reading comprehension RC.

If you quoted similar passages from other religious texts, it might be an interesting discussion to read.

It's not clear how this relates to Alberta or Canada elections, the thread topic.

Trolling every thread with passages from the Quran is really quite strange. Your Islamophobia consumes you. Not healthy.

The results say that the immigrant heavy cities voted for the NDP while the countryside did not.

You're free to speculate as to why...as am I.

Ask yourself these questions.

Do you respect your Senior Citizens or people that are ill?  If so, how do you demonstrate this meaningfully?

Do you help parents and children in need of help?  If so, how do you demonstrate this meaningfully?

Do you spend money or part of your time in efforts to help them (and not just with words)?

Have you prayed to God for them as well?

If you have done all of this then there is hope for you and the world.

Why would a rational person pray to an imaginary being?

Then there will be no doubt about it that it will be goodbye to Canada and Alberta for sure. This country has been pretty much run and pretty much ruined by Quebec lieberals, Quebec socialists, NDP communists, and even environmentalists whackos who have all been given free rein and instructions on how to destroy a once great and proud WASP/European nation called Canada and grind new jobs and much progress to a pulp. Quebec politicians have been pretty much the PM's of Canada for far too many times and who we must blame for what is and has been going on in Canada for all these past decades and it all started with old man commie Trudeau. Quebec has pretty much been behind the destruction of Canada and especially Alberta. Why Canadians keep always wanting to put politicians from Quebec in power is beyond me. Canada needs more Anglophones as PM's of Canada and to be in power for a very long time to come. Quebec does not give a chit about Canada, so why does English Canada keep giving a chit about Quebec? Screw Quebec. If they think by doing so is being anti-french. If it hurts their feelings, well then, separate and get lost. Works for me. :D

This is why I'm warning conservatives not to vote for Bernier. I don't care if he calls himself conservative. No good politician comes form Quebec.

The only politician from Quebec I like is Gilles Duceppe. He said he wanted to become Prime Minster so Quebec could separate.

He said Quebec isn't better than Canada, They're just different, and we want to try having our own Country.

Well good for him, If Quebec went their own way. It would be one less thing for us to worry about.

Mhmm ... and a kernel of truth: Bernier won't be able to unite all the bigots across the country to vote for him because bigots won't vote for a francophone. :lol:

No, his sole role will be as a spoiler, bleeding votes from Scheer...which is a good thing. As stupid, ignorant, incompetent and shallow as Trudeau is, I'd rather him as PM than the religious racist Scheer. Singh is a joke and will not play a role whatsoever save as a jester exiting stage left after the next election when the NDP does what it does best, stab their "Leader" in the back.

Hundreds of billions of the rest of English Canada's tax dollars have been blown on bilingualism, and what did the rest of English Canada get for it? A unilingual, anti-Anglophone french response of take your English language and shove it. The liberal socialist french of Quebec have destroyed this once great WASP nation. They have turned Canada into a french controlled multicultural country where more billions have been blown on the promotion of multiculturalism, and what are we getting for that? Ethnic tribes being created and set up all over Canada.

It would be great if Quebec left, and it would save the rest of Canada from having to blow more billions on a useless and not needed language in the rest of Canada. Two people with two different languages cannot seem to live together. We can see that today. One wants out of this confederation, so let them go. Goodbye. The french of Quebec have always treated English Canada with contempt and as a big joke. The only thing that they liked and benefited from Canada is the fact that they received hundreds of billions of our English Canada tax dollars. They loved us for that, the  bunch of ingrates. But they will never leave because they and their precious french language would die. It is English Canada that is being forced to save their useless language and french culture.

Why Jason Kenney in his first speech spoke in french and he pleaded to Quebec "please don't go" was a big slap in the face to Albertans. It was french Quebecers that have been slapping all Albertans in the face for decades now. If anyone needs to separate from Canada, it is Alberta. Albertans have been robbed of hundreds of billions by the french thieves in Quebec and in da Attawa. There should only be one official language in Canada, and that is English. Now that would be a "reality check". Would work well for me. :D

I may have my problems with the french from Quebec always running and ruining this country, but I think and I am willing to give conservative Maxine Bernier a chance and he may be the one french man that could save Canada, believe it or not, and shut up Quebec and it's constant whining once and for all. Trudeau has been nothing but a disaster for Canada, and Scheer is not a real and true conservative. He acts and talks more like a liberal. Maybe we can end up with a minority conservative government with the Peoples Party as the official opposition. Hey, you never know. Bernier can't do any worse than what this present day of a prime mistake has done to Canada. Bernier could make Canada great again. Hey, you never know, liberal. :D
