The Gazette tries to smear Legault and Trump as white supremacists.

Recommended Posts

The Gazette made several caricatures drawing an equivalence between the KKK and the party that now leads Québec in a majority victory, called CAQ.

The Gazette now compares Legault to Donald Trump, while they have almost nothing in common. And I support them both by the way. I think Legault is the best Prime Minister since Bourassa, and is doing a good job pushing a moderate nationalist agenda. Legault is nowhere near a white supremacist, so isn't Trump

Everyone's a white supremacist these days, and it's this type of 'journalism' that drives the narrative...   there's a piece here that speaks to it, although it's American.

https://amgreatness.com/2019/08/12/the-white-supremacy-hoax/

The specter of white supremacy haunts America. Let us empower the government to crush it.

Just yesterday, “the deplorables” were to be deplored because they were “racist, sexist, homophobic,” clingers to “God and guns,” and Russian dupes to boot. Today, the agility and unanimity with which our politicians and media—heck, the ruling class—have shifted to indicting roughly 72 percent of the population as white supremacists, likely violent, would fill with envy their homologues in China, Cuba, North Korea, and other tyrannical places. By comparison, Joseph Goebbels had sloppy message discipline. Not even the Soviets in their salad days were so “on message!”

Trudeau just doubles his divisive identity politics while demonizing Canadians who disagree with him as racist and bigoted.   Heck, anyone who opposes his ISIS hug a thug reintegration plan is ‘Islamophobic’ even though it is offensive to millions of Canadians including those victimized by radical Islam.

If he wins another term, he will announce consultations on racism which will be a sham as there will be a predictable outcome after which he will announce new oppressive legislation curbing freedom of speech etc.

Then, he will smear critics of such legislation with the usual cries of racist, bigoted etc.  further silencing dissent.  He will do anything to hold onto power, including vilifying millions of people.

The Gazette is just another leftist liberal rag of a newspaper. The Gazette knows that this is a total lie but yet they could careless about calling people like Legault and Trump white supremacists and have the nerve to say anything like this. Why or how newspapers like the Gazette or TV news stations like CNN and MSNBC are still around is beyond me. All this tells me here is that there are still plenty of stunned Canadians out there that will believe anything that is told to them by the alt-left liberal bought off Canadian media. In my opinion, most Canadians are totally, politically ignorant. The only time that they get involved in politics is at election time, and even then, most of them just vote for someone that looks like a nice man or woman. Old people are the worse for that. They appear to be quite clueless on most things. Just saying.

Why anyone today with half a brain bothers to listen to and still will believe the alt-left liberal Canadian and American media liars and what they have to say or write and will believe what those democrats say in the democratic party or the liberals in the liberal party of Canada is incredible. Those people truly have to be the deplorable ones. All that is in their heads today is that anyone who happens to be a conservative or conservative supporter has to be a racist. I am still surprised that all those deplorables have not yet called all conservatives all just a bunch of rapists and be done with it. They tried to do that to Kavanaugh and pretty much tried to paint him as a rapist. These alt-left liberal deplorables need to be run out of town. Works for me. :D

And if the commie dictator is put back in power by the many fools out there then I would say that you could pretty much kiss this website goodbye. There is just too much freedom of expression happening here for comrade Trudeau to want to have to stomach anymore. Hey, you never know, eh?

I would say Trump is a racist elitist sexist and any other ism or ist. Most American politicians have at least some kind of ism and ist. As do all humans. In Trump's case he is open about it. He does not favour you wimply because you are white although he certainly manipulates certain whites by making them angry towards others who may or may not be white. He certainly does intentionally incite division and hatred. He leads not through inspiration but by appealing to difference and competing interests and making people feel insecure. He's a fascist pure and simple. He is no different than Mussolini. He is Mussolini reincarnated right down to the body posture, lip pursing, and meaningless speeches full of burping and farting.

Then again the only difference between Reagan and Trump is Reagan swallowed his burps and blamed any farts on Nancy standing next to him.

As for your leader in Quebec, to me he is just reincarnated Réal Caouette -Marcel Duplessis and is anti anything that does not fit his criteria of what a Quebecois is which at this point in time is a very ambiguous definition. The closest thing I can equate it to are Nordiques fans who want another NHL team but would never invest their own money in it.

I need some proof from you that Trump is a racist. You like to label people you do not like(like me)with all kinds of names but yet you can never back them up with proof. C'mon, let's see something? Of course you will no doubt ignore this challenge like you always do. But I will take a chance and be hopeful that you will reply and show me the beef, chief.

Do the walk, not just the talk. Over. :D

Nonsense.   Trump is simply an opportunist, he doesn't incite anything, he doesn't lead anybody, he susses out what others are saying, then he jumps on the bandwagon.

As if Red Team didn't despise Blue Team and their America bashing homosexual transgendered illegal immigrant agenda with a passion before Trump showed up, I mean get real.

Trump is just the messenger, he's a hired gun, he listens to what the base says, then he amplifies it for them.

The Beltway Establishment left a huge chunk of the electorate out in the cold, Trump just swooped in and took advantage by making himself the spokesman for that massive disenfranchised cohort.  The elites didn't service them, so they voted for the guy who was willing and able.

Moreover, since Trump basically stole the Democrat Party's economic policies of protectionism for the unions in the Rust Belt, if Trump is Mussolini, then the Democrats have been Mussolini all along, but since fascism is virulently and violently anti labour, neither are in fact Mussolini and the Mussolini analogy is nonsensical.

Trump won the same Rust Belt voters in 2016, that Obama won in 2008 and 2012. If these folks are white supremacist fascist deplorables, then why did they vote for the black guy twice when he ran against white dudes?

I would say that the Rust Belt formerly Democrat base was and is liberal, but not Progressive, so they don't subscribe to purity tests and in fact the Progressive demands for puritanical testing simply alienated them, as Dutch Reagan said "I didn't leave the Democratic Party, the party left me"

Sure enough, when the loop comes back around, Trump winning over the Reagan Democrats in the Rust Belt won him the Presidency. Trump never really left the Democratic Party either, they simply left him, and he exploited that mistake to great success.

Trump is a classic Neoconservative Reagan Democrat, in the Reagan mold, just with a Nixonian style, cause Nixonian is back baby, oh yeah.

Trump telling black Americans to go back to their country is proof of his racism IMO.

No. What Trump was really saying is that if one does not like America then they can go back to where they came from. If born in America and don't like America then Trump is suggesting to them to go back to where their ancestors came from and go try and make life better for those people in those countries in your own liberal/socialist image. Stop trying to put words in Trump's mouth. Do you work for CNN by chance? Just wondering?

Telling someone to go back to where they came from is not "racism". If some new immigrant did not like our Canadian culture and ways of doing things well then I would say the same thing to them and tell them to go back from whence they came. That is not being racist.    Your IMO has been noted. :)

What Trump is saying is that they do not embrace American freedom.

They want some sort of leftist socialist Bolshevik country, nanny police state against freedom, which is not  what America is meant to be.

If I was advising him, I would have told him to say "If you don't like America, move to Canada",

Nah. The goal was to force the Democrats to rally around The Squad, when the Democrats were trying to distance themselves from them. He needed to say something that they could unite to condemn and publicly embrace each other when the media spotlight is focused on them. Saying something that is a lot harder to take out of context would have risked not accomplishing the goal, he wanted to them to cry racist while holding hands with camera's all around them, and they took the bait.

Saying something less controversial simply wouldn't have worked nearly as well. Trump is immune to these claims of racism at this point, because the Dems are the boy who cried racist, so might as well exploit that when the situation calls for it, the in-fighting between Pelosi and The Squad was such a situation.

Can't have the Dems publicly distancing themselves from The Squad while they suck up the media oxygen, which was happening before Trump decided to step into the middle of it with some tweets. He wants The Squad to be the face of the party, and those tweets helped to do that,  Pelosi went from distancing herself from the Squad, to engaging in photo-ops with AOC and publicly defending The Squad.

Straight up 4D Chess, right thur.

The Gazette is just another bought off liberal news outlet and now can never be trusted in what they report anymore. By trying to now make Legault look bad and are trying to compare him to being a member of the KKK tells me that the lefty liberals are afraid of him. I mean, come on, eh? When the alt-left liberal media attacks someone then they must know by now that maybe this person needs to be listened too more. Looks like he has something to say that the fake bought off media does not want we the people to hear.

And now the alt-left liberal media party(Global/CBC,CTV) are now on the warpath and are now attacking Scheer over what Scheer said 15 years ago about same sex marriage. The CBC especially is now trying to make Scheer look anti-gay for what Scheer said so many years ago when at the time it was pretty much fashionable for anyone to say or believe that same sex marriage is ridiculous. All day long on the CBC, the fake and bought off news media, are being relentless now in trying to get Scheer on anything he may have said in his past that is seen today as speaking political incorrectness. The lefty liberals appear to be quite concerned about maybe losing this election and so they will get their bought off fake media to go out there and try to find anything on Scheer that will make him look oh so horrible a man.  And pretty much knowing what most of the Canadian electorate think they will probably believe all the bull chit that the CBC will try to dig up on Scheer and feed them. And of course the CBC is going to attack Scheer over and over and as much as possible to get the people to try and forget as to what comrade Trudeau did in his involvement in the ethics scandal. I believe that in another week or two that this Trudeau ethics scandal will all be pushed into some closet somewhere and the fake Canadian media will talk about it no more. Scheer is who the CBC will focus on and try to destroy. An election is coming up soon so the fake media have to try to make comrade Trudeau look like the great guy for Canada that he is certainly not. My opinion.

I would say the thing the Liberals fear is American freedom.

Canada has "freedom" in an Orwellian sense, in that you are free to adhere strictly to the Liberal Party of Canada dogma lest you be castigated as a thought criminal.

American freedom is what Quebec wants, the freedom to overthrow the British Crown so they can have a republic.

The fear comes from the inherent instability of Canada, the fact that the prospect of Quebec doing that hangs over the Confederation as a Sword of Damocles.

This is the source of the increasingly totalitarianism from English Canada.

Ottawa is desperately trying to incite the population to rally around it to form an Iron Curtain against the Reb Menace at the gates.

At this juncture, the government has become lawless in the face of it, government ministers can literally commit crimes and publicly declare that they are proud to have done so

Under the auspices of a failed state Confederation which now consists of nothing more than Ontario bribing Quebec with Alberta's money.

Of course, once they realize that they can commit crimes under those auspices and they wont get arrested and charged for it, then they see that they are effectively above the law.

And from there the criminality spreads to every organ of governance, like a cancer.

Liberalism and communism are both a danger to all freedom loving people and Canada today is pretty much being controlled by those two ism's. Canada has pretty much become a communist country. Canadians are burdened with high taxes, endless government/bureaucracy red tape, and from allowing outfits like the Human Rights(Wrongs)Commissions around to be able to go after anyone who dares to speak political incorrectness, and then by trying to nail anyone who may have appeared to have committed a racist or hate crime.  Then they have them charged for their daring to speak out freely. With the HRC, they say that "truth is no defense". If that is not communism what the hell is? Imagine someone telling the truth and that someone will not be believed even though it is the gawds truth.

And then our dear comrade leader of Canada has now bought off and now owns our MSM in Canada, and therefore, if our dear comrade leader wants to go after any of his political opponents he can now use his bought off media to go after them. And our bought off Pravda media now have their marching orders and are now going after Scheer for having the audacity to have an opinion on gay sex marriage over 15 years ago. No one here can tell me that Canada is not under some kind of communist agenda and control. It is as plain as day. Sadly, most Canadians are still stuck in the dark night. Carry on Canada and continue on to the hell hole that awaits you. My opinion, and I approve of my opinion. ;)

I would agree that Canada is a communist country, in that supposedly Democratic Socialism in Canada is not democratic but rather authoritarian.

Canada is not a Communist country, but Canada is now falling under the undue influence of one, like Lando Calrissian cutting a deal with Darth Vader.
