Prayer Chain Sept. 29-oct. 5 2003

Recommended Posts

THE PRO-LIFE ACTION NETWORK ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF

PRAYER CHAIN

a Canada-wide prayer event in favour of unborn rights.

September 29th to October 5th.

Prayer activists are needed to pledge their prayers for the following intentions:

* For the conversion of the hearts of abortionists and their accomplices so that they may come to value unborn children.

* For the conversion of the hearts of political and religious leaders who disregard unborn rights.

* That women, unborn children and the people around them be spared from abortion.

Prayer activists are asked to pray for these intentions each day during the Prayer Chain week. If you are interested in participating in this campaign, please email Suzanne Fortin at [email protected] with the subject line "Prayer Chain". The success of the campaign will depend on the number of people who take part. This prayer campaign is open to all people of good will, regardless of their personal faith. No special prayers are required.

God Bless,

Suzanne Fortin

For the conversion of the hearts of abortionists and their accomplices so that they may come to value unborn children.

an embryo is not a child. it doesnt have any characteristics of a devloped child, nor should it be treated like one. its a potential child, a developing fetus. nothing more, nothing less. it cannot be given rights equal to the mother, who is a sentient human being.

For the conversion of the hearts of political and religious leaders who disregard unborn rights.

isnt it kind of narrow minded to convert all those that disagree? if it was so obviously right nobody would disagree with it now would they?

That women, unborn children and the people around them be spared from abortion

i know in some parts of the world women are forced to get abortions, but in first world nations they actually make an appointment themselves, they are not crying to be spared from anything. its empowering to have a choice about the destiny of your own self. anythign less is oppressive.

instead of wasting time and effort rescueing the women who dont need it, pretending that a ball of cells is the same as you and I, and trying to convert people, why dont you educate everyone about birth control, help out poor young women, and strengthen adoption organizations?
